1. Who this policy covers

This policy applies to greencitygoa.com and any lead forms, brochure downloads or contact links on this site, operated on behalf of the Greencity Goa project by Jain Shri Villas.

2. Information we collect

We collect what you choose to share when you use a form on this site, plus some automatic technical data once analytics tools are installed:

  • From the callback and brochure forms: full name, mobile number, email address, and — where asked — your stated interest (plot or villa) and budget range.
  • Automatically, once installed: standard analytics/advertising signals (pages viewed, approximate location from IP, device/browser type) via Google Analytics, Google Ads, and/or Meta Pixel.
  • WhatsApp / phone contact: if you reach us via the WhatsApp button or phone link, that conversation is subject to WhatsApp's / your carrier's own privacy terms as well as this policy.

3. How we use it

  • To call, message or email you back about plots, villas, pricing and availability.
  • To send the project brochure or dimensioned floor-plan PDF you requested.
  • To understand how visitors use this site, so we can improve it.
  • To run and measure marketing campaigns (once the analytics/ad tools above are activated).

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who we share it with

Your enquiry is shared internally with the Jain Shri Villas sales team so they can respond to you, and with whatever CRM or lead-management system we use to route and track enquiries. We may also share aggregated, non-identifying data with our marketing platforms (Google, Meta) as part of normal ad measurement once those are active.

5. Cookies & similar technology

This site does not set marketing or analytics cookies until the tracking snippets referenced above are switched on. When they are, this section will be updated to list each cookie, its purpose, and how to opt out.

6. Your choices

  • You can ask us what personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it.
  • You can opt out of further contact at any time by replying "stop" to a message, or emailing us using the contact below.

7. Data retention

We keep enquiry data for as long as reasonably needed to respond to you and for legitimate record-keeping, then delete or anonymise it.

8. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.
